You adopt a tree already in production on our terraces — Carboncella, or a historic mixed row. The certificate states number, cultivar, place on the hill and a photo. We tend that tree like the others: organic, harvest with the arm, mill the same day. The oil of that plant (or of its row, if the vintage is lean) is bottled aside and sent to your home: 3×500 ml of the campaign. It is the closest thing to “having an olive tree in Sabina” without pruning it yourself. Duration: one harvest year, renewable. Estate visits by appointment.
