Olio Blanchi processes personal data (name, email, shipping address) only to fulfil orders, answer enquiries and meet legal duties. Legal bases: contract performance and legitimate interest.

Data is not sold. It may be shared with couriers and with Stripe, as needed to take payment. Retention: as required by tax law, and in any case no longer than 10 years for invoices.

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction at info@olioblanchi.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. The cart stays in the browser; confirmed orders are stored to fulfil them, with no profiling cookies.
