Choose a young Carboncella tree planted on the Blanchi terraces in Fara in Sabina. We assign you a tree with number, cultivar and photo; you receive a named certificate (yours, or for the person you gift it to). We tend it organically: mowing, pruning, no herbicides. While the sapling still yields little, we ship the organic extra virgin of the same row — same hill, same harvest. When your tree bears enough fruit, that crop is reserved for you. Duration: one olive campaign, renewable. Includes 2×250 ml of the current harvest, sent home after the mill.
